I am a wellness holistic operator and I deal with professional reflexology massages.
I started my training at the Scuola Italiana Massaggi e Discipline Olistiche (S.I.M.D.O.) followed by advanced certifications in myofascial release massage and acupressure techniques, sport massage, kinesio taping, TMJ relax techniques, trigger point.
Later I obtained at Accademia Olistica in Rome the Foot Reflexology Diploma 1'-2'-3' level;
I have completed further advanced massage certifications, including: pregnancy massage, cellulite massage, psychosomatic massage, relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage, natural face lifting (non-surgical), thai massage, bamboo massage, tibetan Ku Nye massage.
Followed by advanced training in moxa treatments and vagus nerve techniques.
Certified Postural Gymnastics Instructor since 2026, with CSEN and CONI ( Italian National Olympic Committee)
accreditation.
