Terms and Conditions Gift Card

The Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase of Take Your Time massages di Eva Austeni

  • The Gift Card is sold with variable denominations from a minimum of €50;

  • The customer receives a purchase receipt which must be kept, indicating the expiry date and the amount loaded;

  • The Gift Card can be used in one or more purchases and can be integrated with other payment methods if the initial value is insufficient to purchase the desired massages;

  • The amount loaded on the voucher does not accrue interest;

  • The Gift card is not rechargeable and is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue;

  • No responsibility can be attributed to TAKE YOUR TIME DI EVA AUSTENI for improper or fraudulent use of the gift card;

  • The Gift Card cannot be returned in exchange for cash;

  • The purchase and use of the gift card implies acceptance of these conditions of use.

Information on the Right of Withdrawal (EU Regulations): Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the gift voucher within 14 days from the moment of the online purchase, obtaining a full refund. Important exception: The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply and is forfeited if the voucher recipient has already booked and received the massage associated with the voucher within the aforementioned 14 days.
