Mood Fedeltà Terms and Conditions

TAKE YOUR TIME by Eva Austeni, with administrative headquarters in Trieste (TS), Via Di Tor Bandena n. 1, VAT No. 01302140320, makes discounts, benefits, and services available to customers who wish to make use of them at the "Take Your Time by Eva Austeni" Studio and on its website.

To take advantage of these benefits, customers must register on the website and pay attention to the following conditions. Activating the registration implies acceptance of these regulations.

TAKE YOUR TIME by Eva Austeni reserves the right to periodically modify, even partially, these conditions. Related changes will come into force 10 (ten) consecutive days after their publication. Furthermore, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the present loyalty program at any time without the Client being able to make any complaints in this regard (subject only to respect for rights already acquired by participants up to that point), giving notice on its website and/or via email.

The purpose of this initiative is to build customer loyalty through a loyalty program that grants benefits to registered Customers (customers of legal age).

Registration Procedures

Online registration for the "Mood Fedeltà" (Mood Loyalty) program requires the creation of a specific account on the website www.takeyourtimemassaggi.com. The same credentials (login and password) will allow the Client to access their personal page on the website or through the free Spaces by Wix app. Activation/registration is carried out in compliance with privacy regulations. Each Client may not activate more than one account during its validity period, and it is strictly for private, non-commercial use. The Client may freely request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting the Studio owner or by doing so independently.

The program gives the customer the opportunity to accumulate points (called MOOD) on purchases. (Loyalty Mood points will only be counted after actual payment; in the case of a simple booking, loyalty mood points will be added at the end of the session once payment is completed).

Any communication regarding participation in the mood loyalty program that is strictly essential for providing related services (such as, by way of example, confirmation of registration/cancellation, assignment of dedicated discounts, or reserved gifts) must be understood as necessary for the performance of the program itself. Therefore, by accepting these regulations, the Client consents to receiving such communications, which will be sent to the contact details provided in the program registration form. Refusal to receive these communications makes it impossible for Take Your Time by Eva Austeni to carry out the program and provide the connected services. Any refusal expressed during the course of the program will result in its automatic termination.

Earning Points (Mood)

Moods (loyalty points) will be automatically credited to the activated account with every purchase at the rate of 1 point for every 10 (ten) euros spent. Crediting points from purchases made on the website will only be possible after entering credit card details into your account. Pairing the credit card with the account can be done once and will be stored by the system for subsequent purchases (optional action). To be eligible for points, the Client must book the desired massage online by accessing the website and entering their credentials. The Client can check their accumulated points balance at any time by viewing their profile on the website or in the App. Points will be uploaded and accounted for by the system daily; in the event of technical issues, they may be loaded over a longer period. Returns will result in points being debited following the same criteria as crediting. Extra campaigns may be provided and will be adequately advertised. The account in no way constitutes a payment card; points accumulated in it cannot be transferred or converted into cash or products.

BENEFITS

Customers participating in the program can benefit from numerous discounts, promotional campaigns, reward operations, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be adequately advertised and communicated from time to time. Specific initiatives and benefits will also be exclusively dedicated to registered mood loyalty Customers. In particular, the following discounts are defined as of now:

ARMONIA Level:

• Immediately acquired upon account registration.

• 1 loyalty mood is awarded for every €10 spent.

• When an Armonia level Client reaches 20 loyalty mood points, they receive a €5 discount voucher via email, valid once on a minimum spend of €50 (applicable to all massages).

• When an Armonia level Client reaches 35 loyalty mood points, they move to the next level.

• If an Armonia level Client does not reach 35 loyalty mood points within 365 days from the date of reaching this level, they remain in the Armonia tier, but their mood balance is reset to zero.

• If an Armonia level Client reaches 100 mood points before reaching the Relax level, they move directly to the Equilibrio level.

RELAX Level:

• The Client reaches the Relax level as soon as they accumulate 35 loyalty mood points.

• 1 loyalty mood is awarded for every €10 spent.

• When a Relax level Client reaches 35 spendable loyalty mood points, they receive a 10% discount voucher via email, valid once on a minimum spend of €60 (applicable to all massages).

• When a Relax level Client reaches 100 loyalty mood points, they move to the next level.

• If a Relax level Client does not reach the required mood points within 365 days from acquiring the level, they remain in the Relax tier, but after 6 months of inactivity, 50% of their loyalty mood balance expires.

EQUILIBRIO Level:

• The Client reaches the Equilibrio level as soon as they accumulate 100 loyalty mood points.

• 1 loyalty mood is awarded for every €10 spent.

• When an Equilibrio level Client reaches 100 spendable loyalty mood points, they receive a 15% discount voucher via email, valid once on a minimum spend of €80 (applicable to all massages).

• In the Equilibrio level, dedicated monthly discounts on Cosmetics and Monthly Challenges will be communicated via email.

FOR ALL LEVELS:

Discount codes received across all levels can be used at the Studio by presenting the email received, or by adding the code during booking/checkout when making online purchases directly on the website or in the App. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers and has no retroactive value. Accumulated points have no commercial value (except in the form of a discount voucher) and cannot be transferred to third parties. Discounts (unless otherwise communicated) are valid on massages offered by Take Your Time by Eva Austeni.

IMPORTANT: POINTS EXPIRATION: After a period in which the client neither earns nor redeems points (6 MONTHS), 50% of the active points balance will expire and be deducted.

How to Use Coupons and Discount Codes:

Coupons and promo codes cannot be combined, cannot be applied to discounted/promotional products, and are valid for a single purchase. To use them, go to the shopping cart, enter the code under "I have a Promo Code" during checkout. If the code is invalid, check that it has not expired and that there are no extra spaces. When logged into your associated account, you can select the coupon to apply in the cart or directly at the studio (show the email received with the coupon before the receipt/invoice is issued). In case of issues applying the coupon online, we suggest clearing temporary browsing data (cache and cookies), or trying another browser or device. Mood points used for respective coupons will be deducted once redeemed (e.g., if you reach 20 mood points and decide to use the coupon received via email, once the discount is redeemed, your points balance will be 0). Returns will result in points being debited according to the same crediting criteria.

Program Interruption – Miscellaneous

Take Your Time by Eva Austeni reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the mood loyalty program and related services at any time and at its sole discretion. Notice of such modifications, suspensions, or interruptions will be provided by posting a suitable notice on www.takeyourtimemassaggi.com. Take Your Time by Eva Austeni may revoke the Client's right to use the mood loyalty program and deactivate it in case of use violating these Regulations, fraudulent use, or abusive/damaging conduct toward the image of Take Your Time by Eva Austeni. The Client will no longer be able to use the benefits and services of the mood loyalty program. Take Your Time by Eva Austeni is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to loyalty program malfunctions beyond its control. Take Your Time by Eva Austeni is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper, or unauthorized use of the account.
