Connective Tissue Massage
This type of massage acts on the connective tissue system, which provides support, nourishment, and connection to the body's organs and tissues. It promotes muscle relaxation, enhances joint mobility, increases blood flow to the tissues, and helps improve posture.

Neck and Shoulder Massage
This massage is designed for those suffering from neck pain, muscular tension, or a stiff neck caused by injury, poor posture, or 'tech neck' from hours of mobile and computer use. I use a combination of gentle yet effective deep pressure to release built-up tension, restoring your neck’s full range of motion

Muscolar Tendon Massage
This massage works on the deeper layers of muscles, tendons and fascia; it treats specific problem areas such as the shoulders, neck and lower back, effectively treating conditions like back pain and sciatica.

Trigger Point
Specific acupressure on muscle tension nodules to release referred pain. Trigger Points are hyper-irritable, painful spots located within a taut band of muscle tissue. This treatment focuses on concentrated pressure on each trigger point, followed by manual therapy on the surrounding contracted and stiffened areas.

Sport Massage
This type of massage stimulates circulation, aids lymphatic drainage, and improves mobility. It effectively eases pain and muscular-tendon tension while reducing the risk of injury. By working on both emotional and neurological levels, it encourages the brain to release deep-seated tension, allowing the body to relax and restore its natural balance.

Taping
Kinesiology Taping uses a specialized elastic adhesive, free from drugs or chemicals, that supports the body’s natural healing process for injured tissues. It is non-restrictive, allowing for a full range of motion. Ideal for sports competitions, it helps alleviate pain and inflammation while accelerating muscle recovery. The tape is applied directly to the skin over muscles, tendons, or joints.

Temporo Mandibular Joint Relaxation Techinques
Decompression of tensions related to the TMJ (temporomandibular joint) and masticatory muscles. It can relieves myofascial pain by releasing muscle tension and stretching contracted fascia of muscles that control jaw, neck and shoulders

Table Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage is traditionally performed on a floor mat, but it has long been adapted for the massage table as well. This treatment is uniquely different from other styles: it is more vigorous and intense. Those who receive it regularly experience significant benefits, including a remarkable increase in physical flexibility and energy levels.
Note: As you remain fully clothed during the session, I recommend wearing comfortable clothing (such as shorts, leggings, and a t-shirt).

The treatment alternates between deep, stretching, and tension-relieving movements and light, draining strokes.
